·神经网络压缩、结构搜索与高效训练:

  • 面向计算机视觉任务的深度神经网络体积过大,计算消耗过多的问题,研究神经网络的剪枝与量化问题,并通过神经网络结构搜索(NAS)的方法获得最优性能的网络结构。

· 模仿学习与深度强化学习:

  • 采用发展型机器人通过模仿人的动作来学习基本动作。提出“限制释放”这一全新的发展型学习算法来分析、构建机器人的发展过程,用发展机制改进进化优化算法搭建模仿婴儿大脑的模型。实现生成对抗模仿学习与逆向强化学习方法构建机器人基本技能学习框架。

· 机器学习算法:

  • 建立多种新型的模糊大脑模型神经网络,包含递归、情感学习、2型模糊系统、增长型等结构,并嵌入到机器人的电机控制器中。采用和声算法和特征选择技术来对集成分类器进行精简优化,实现对动态数据进行特征提取。并且对神经网络进行优化。

  • 通过构建的人体姿势识别算法、生成对抗网络、逆向强化学习和汉字笔画拆分算法实现了多自由度机械臂的中英文书写(机器人书写视频一)(视频二)
